Who we are
Your Brand (studio.linxi.app) is a business messaging platform built and operated by Your Brand.
Your Brand gives a business one place to reach its contacts — by text message, by email, and through the Your Brand network — with an assistant that helps draft, schedule and follow up. It is used by the business that owns the account to message people who have opted in to hear from them; it is not a consumer social product and not a bulk-sending service.
What Your Brand does
- SMS campaigns. Text campaigns to opted-in contacts, on your own Twilio or Telnyx account or on a number Your Brand manages for you, with A2P 10DLC registration handled as part of provisioning.
- Email campaigns. Email sent from your own address, with replies threaded back into the same conversation as your texts.
- Your Brand Network. Direct messages between Your Brand accounts that follow each other. No carrier, no cost, and no opt-out language required — the follow is the consent.
- Linx, the assistant. Drafts campaign copy, builds marketing plans, and can answer replies after a campaign goes out. Nothing it writes is sent without a person choosing to send it.
- Marketing calendar. Plan campaigns weeks ahead with goals and milestones, optionally synced to Google Calendar.
- Contacts and compliance. Opt-in and opt-out records, tags, lists, imports, and per-business privacy and terms pages for carrier registration.
How Your Brand is priced
Two things are billed and they are separate. A subscription buys platform access and a monthly sending ceiling. A prepaid balance pays for the traffic.
Messages send at carrier cost. Your Brand does not mark up SMS or MMS — the per-message rate charged against your balance is what the carrier charges Your Brand. Reload margin comes from a stated recharge fee when you add funds, not from a hidden per-message spread. Current rates are published on the pricing page.
Your Brand Network messages and email sent from your own mailbox cost nothing per recipient.
Integrations
Your Brand connects to Twilio and Telnyx for phone numbers and message delivery, Square for payments, Anthropic for the assistant, and Google Workspace — Calendar, Gmail (send only), Drive, Sheets and Docs — as an optional connection you make yourself.
